Design Efficiency

One of the first things you’ll notice about Bank of America Plaza is its column-free interior. This was achieved with steel super columns along the perimeter. The result is maximized efficiency and flexibility, reduced wasted space, and the ability to capture spectacular views in all directions. Floor sizes range from 23,500-25,500 square feet with 13-foot slab-to-slab floor spans to accommodate both traditional and creative user space design.

Opportunity Zone Incentive

With its designation as an Opportunity Zone, Bank of America Plaza offers new tenants yet another incentive other buildings simply do not have. LEED Certification

Bank of America Plaza has achieved Silver LEED certification by providing even greater sustainability and efficiencies through a new Energy Management System. It is Atlanta's tallest “High Performance Green Building.” To support this goal, Bank of America Plaza is participating in the Atlanta Building Challenge with the objective of reducing energy and water use by 20% in 2020 — savings that could be passed on to tenants year after year. Design features including more natural daylight, improved indoor air quality and environmentally preferred products and practices will help provide even greater benefits for tenants. According to the "LEED Reference Guide for Green Building Operations and Maintenance", these measures have shown up to $160 billion in direct improvements in worker performance. As a Bank of America Plaza tenant, you can be confident that you’ll get much more than a prestigious address, you also get happier and more productive employees.
